Bulkheads installed
Original bunk flooring had no bulkheads so I made two and a center stringer for support will also be replacing rearward one that is rotten.
First Coat of Paint
First coat of Paint Applied today I used Exterior Deck Paint it says it resist mildew and is weather resistant I hope it lasts and protects the wood
Cabin wood set in for trial fit
Will have some lineup issues to deal with but looks like all is going well, ready for Glassing and bonding to sides and bulkheads
Wood Layed in for trial fit, Lowes outdoor chaise lounge padding
Could'nt stand it had to lay the chaise lounge outdoor cushions in just to see how they would look. Perfect fit and with alittle modifications will fit upper bunk area too.
Gotta have tunes, made stereo and power outlet assy for cabin
Stereo System fits nicely in bow, Will be glassing boards in this weekend
